Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WSM Academy, an online skills-learning platform operated by WSM Investments Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("WSM Academy," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting an enrollment application, or subscribing to any plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

WSM Academy is a division of WSM Investments Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a South African company (B-BBEE Level 1) based in Northwold, Randburg, Gauteng. We provide online, self-paced skills training across eight tracks — Software Development, Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce & Shopify, UI/UX Design, and AI Tools & Automation — delivered through structured roadmaps and an AI-powered tutor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to enroll in and pay for a subscription. By enrolling, you confirm the information you provide (name, email, phone number) is accurate.

3. Subscription Plans

WSM Academy offers three subscription tiers, billed monthly per skill track:

• Basic — R550/month — foundational modules and basic AI tutor access
• Pro — R1,500/month — advanced modules, portfolio projects, and professional-level AI tutor access
• Pro Max — R2,500/month — full curriculum, unrestricted AI tutor access, and job placement support

Access to your AI tutor and course content is tied to your subscription tier and is unlocked automatically upon successful payment. Pricing may change with notice posted on this page or communicated to your registered email.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Paystack, a third-party payment processor. WSM Academy does not store your card details. All charges are billed monthly in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately — your access to the AI tutor and tier-specific content for the cancelled track ends as soon as the cancellation is processed, rather than continuing until the end of your current billing period. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login email with others to bypass individual subscription requirements
• Use the AI tutor to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute course materials or roadmaps without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, including the AI tutor or payment systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts found in violation of these terms, without refund.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

WSM Academy provides educational content and mentorship. While we structure our curriculum around real, in-demand skills and (for Pro Max) offer job placement support, we do not guarantee employment, income, or specific career outcomes as a result of completing any track.

8. Intellectual Property

All roadmaps, course content, branding, and platform design are the property of WSM Investments Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access this content for your own learning — not a right to redistribute or commercialize it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WSM Academy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
